A full renovation of a two-storey family home in Woodroffe, taking it from tired and outdated to a modern, finished home inside and out.

Our Solutions

We managed the build from first demolition through to the final snagging: new bathrooms and ensuite, kitchen works, a new staircase balustrade, painting throughout, pool fencing and a pool bar, retaining walls and landscaping.

What we did

  • Renovated the bathrooms and ensuite, including tiling, shower screens, silicone and architraves
  • Fixed up the kitchen and downstairs finishing, including skirtings and fittings
  • Installed a toughened glass balustrade with timber top rail to the internal void and staircase
  • Prepared and painted the interior and exterior, with render repairs and Sikaflex sealing to walls and slabs
  • Built the pool bar and pool fencing, with a Colourbond gate
  • Built rear block and rock retaining walls, then topsoil, turf, planting and irrigation
  • Repaired the rear verandah ceiling and finished gutters and downpipes
  • Restored the roof with the Dulux Weathershield system (see our roof restoration project)
