Professional Door Installation & Repair in Darwin & NT

Are swollen doors sticking in the wet season, or is a broken lock compromising your home’s security? At Florance Property Solutions, we provide dependable door installation, replacement, and repair services across Darwin and the Top End.

Between intense tropical humidity, seasonal rain, and heavy daily use, doors in the Territory need durable hardware and precise fitting. Whether you need an interior door planed down to stop sticking, a damaged security screen re-meshed, or a brand-new external entryway hung, our team delivers clean, long-lasting workmanship.

Tailored Door Solutions for Tropical Homes

Darwin’s shifting humidity causes timber to expand and contract, leading to jammed frames, scraping floors, and misaligned latches. We diagnose and fix the root cause so your doors swing, slide, and lock smoothly year-round.

Our Services Include:

• Sticking & Jammed Door Repairs: Planing, sanding, and rehanging timber doors that swell and stick during the wet season.

• New Door Installations: Hanging internal hollow-core doors, solid timber entryways, cavity sliders, and bifold doors.

• Security & Screen Door Fixes: Replacing torn flyscreen mesh, realigning warped aluminium screen doors, and servicing sliding track rollers.

• Lock & Hardware Upgrades: Installing deadbolts, passage sets, smart locks, weatherstripping seals, and heavy-duty hinges.

• Door Frame & Jamb Repairs: Fixing termite-damaged jambs, realigning settling frames, and repairing split timber casing.

• Sliding Patio Doors: Replacing worn rollers, cleaning and lubricating tracks, and fixing catch latches for smooth, effortless sliding.
