A kitchen does not always need a full rebuild. Sometimes it needs new cupboards, a bench that fits, a cupboard cut around a new rangehood, or the finishing work that makes a renovation look done. Florance Property Solutions builds, replaces and modifies cupboards, benches and wall units across Darwin, Palmerston and the rural area, and our carpenters also fit TV mounts and wall panels. Every job carries a lifetime labour guarantee on workmanship.
Because the same team plasters, renders, paints and lays floors, the cabinetry and the finishing around it come together as one job.
What we do
Replacement cupboards and benches: for kitchens, kitchenettes, laundries and units.
Cupboard modifications: cutting and refitting cupboards around a new rangehood, cooktop or appliance.
Built-in wall units and TV wall furniture: made to suit the room and the wall it sits on.
TV mounting and wall panels: screens and acoustic panels fixed securely to the wall.
Doors, drawers and hardware: adjusted, rehung or replaced, with new hinges and handles where needed.
Finishing after a kitchen renovation: render, plaster, cornice and paint, so the room is finished and not just fitted.
Flooring to match: see our flooring service for hybrid, vinyl plank and tiles.
