Sun, storms, insects and humidity are hard on windows and screens in the Top End. Florance Property Solutions replaces and repairs windows, flyscreens and screen doors across Darwin, Palmerston and the rural area, adjusts bifold and sliding doors that will not close or lock, and closes off openings you no longer need. Every job carries a lifetime labour guarantee on workmanship.

If a frame has gone soft from rot or termites, we repair that first so the new window or screen has something solid to fix to.
